Dear Passenger:

If on arrival you do not get your luggage back or you notice any incident related with it, please proceed to our Baggage Service Desk at the airport.

As from that moment the airline together with Groundforce (acting as handling agent), will take the appropriate actions and procedures to find your baggage and solve the incident as soon as possible.

As from the sixth day of the incident and in order to continue the procedure, please contact directly with the Airline.
